Refund policy

Our jewelry may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after delivery. There are NO returns on our custom projects, gold, solid gold, and diamond jewelry. Those specific items are manufactured per order therefore no cancellations. We will exchange all jewelry if it is determined that there is a manufacturer defect. Any exchange must be accompanied with original packaging and documentation. The item must be unaltered, showing no sign of customer damage. We will issue an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Item received after 14 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks to repair or manufacture a new item.
